A simple, straightforward process from rate confirmation to payment
Once we agree on a load, we send a written rate confirmation with:
You do what you do best—pick up on time, communicate if there are issues, and deliver safely and professionally.
After delivery, you send us the signed POD and any required documents. Our system ties the POD to the load and invoice, so paperwork doesn't get lost.
We process your payment according to agreed terms. Our goal is to keep this consistent and predictable so you know what to expect.
We're not trying to work with every carrier. We want solid partners we can send repeat freight to.
You have active authority and insurance
You communicate early if there's an issue (delay, breakdown, etc.)
Your drivers are professional and respectful at shipper/receiver locations
You care about doing what you say you'll do
Dry van (at least to start)
Palletized, general commodities, food-grade dry goods
Regional and medium-haul lanes (specify your preferred states/regions)
We treat carriers as partners, not expendable
We won't bury you in vague instructions. You'll know what's expected before you accept.
